The Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing Team, who Crewsaver worked with to create custom-designed lifejackets for the race, has secured a superb overall victory in the Volvo Ocean Race. Their final tally was seven podium appearances in the nine offshore legs around the world - including wins in Leg 1 and Leg 5.

Now back in Abu Dhabi for some hard earned celebration, Crewsaver was able to catch up with Skipper, Ian Walker, for his comments on the victory, “Winning the 2014 / 15 Volvo Ocean race is the culmination of 8 years hard work. In order to best savour the victory you have to first suffer the pain of defeat. This win is down to the hard work of a fantastic group of people all working towards the same common goal.
