History of the lifejacket

With an origin tracing back to 1957, we are the pioneers of the first gas operated lifejacket which subsequently set the benchmark for the design and function for the leisure user. Our brand was first incorporated under the name ‘Crewsaver Marine Equipment Ltd’ in Gosport on the South coast of England. We’re proud to say our headquarters are still based here and located very close to our birthplace.
