We recently transformed Crewsaver HQ into a sea of pink in honour of Wear It Pink Day, raising over £1,000 for charity.
Wear It Pink is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK calendar during October’s breast cancer awareness month.
Fundraising activities included dressing in pink clothing with prizes for the best outfit, a cake sale, guessing the colleague from their baby photo, and a swear jar for the office and factory floor.
Our very own Managing Director, David Duffin, donned a pink tutu for an epic commute, a 34-mile cycle from his home to the office. Colleagues Simon Crowther, Zach Williams and Mat Harman came together to cycle with David along the route for support. They received a huge warm welcome from our colleagues when they arrived at the site and had a wheelie good time raising funds for Breast Cancer Now, one of the UK’s largest research and support charities.

However, the sooner breast cancer is found, the more successful treatment is likely to be.
Signs and symptoms of breast cancer include:
We’re proud to support breast cancer awareness month and to remind everyone to check their breasts; it could save your life.
